Privacy

Peakle is run by the Peakle team. We collect as little as we can. There are no accounts. The game itself sets no tracking cookies; Google's analytics may (see below).

What stays on your device

Daily stats

When you finish today's climb, we store the answers you named and how high you got, with a random ID made up by your browser so each player is counted once. It isn't linked to you or to anything else. We use it only to show everyone how the day went.

Analytics

Our host, Netlify, counts page views from its server logs. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

We also use Google Analytics to measure visits (for example, how many people visit and from which countries). It sets cookies to tell visits apart. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, these cookies are only set if you agree in the consent message. See how Google uses this information.

Purchases

Purchases (the archive) are processed by Stripe, under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details. We receive the purchase details Stripe shares with sellers (such as your email address and payment status) so we can unlock what you bought, check refunds and help with support. Your restore code is stored with your payment in Stripe.

Hosting

Netlify keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability.
